Who we are

Clinic Growth Hub is a trading name of Hexium AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number [TBC]), registered office [registered address TBC]. Hexium AI Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact us at hello@clinicgrowthhub.co.uk.

This policy covers this website and enquiries to us. When we run Clinic Growth Hub for a clinic, the clinic is the data controller for its patients' data and we act as its processor under a data processing agreement.

What we collect and why

• Audit bookings. When you book a missed-revenue audit we collect your name, email, phone number, clinic name and anything you tell us, so we can hold the call and follow up. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
• Emails to us. We keep your message and contact details to reply. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
• Revenue-leak calculator. The calculator runs in your browser and the figures you enter aren't sent to us. If you ask for your full breakdown, we receive your email, your booking system, the figures you entered and your results, so we can send the breakdown and follow up about it. Lawful basis: legitimate interests in responding to your request. We only send you follow-up marketing emails if you tick the box to agree (consent), and you can unsubscribe at any time.
• Analytics. Only if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Lawful basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Cookies

We use a small amount of browser storage to remember your cookie choice. This is essential and doesn't need consent. Analytics cookies are only set if you choose "Accept analytics". You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

Fonts and images are served from our own site, so loading a page doesn't share your details with a font provider.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run our business, such as our scheduling tool (currently Calendly), email provider, CRM and, with your consent, Google Analytics. They process data on our behalf under contract. Some are based outside the UK; where they are, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and audit details: [retention period TBC] after our last contact, unless you become a client. Client records: for the length of the contract and [TBC] afterwards for legal and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, ask for a copy to take elsewhere, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@clinicgrowthhub.co.uk and we'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to put it right first.
